About the team:

We are looking for a new colleague in the Pricing department at our location in Dubai. The Regional Pricing Team is spread across 4 different locations. We aim to improve the way pricing is done at ZF Aftermarket in all sales channels (IAM Trade, Service and OES). In order to bring the ZF Aftermarket pricing strategy to life we focus on the optimization of pricing processes for a more dynamic, faster and better response to market demands and customer requests. 

What you could expect as a Pricing Specialist Middle East:

• Accountable for SPV realization in sub-region
• Calculate local impact of central NHF calculation
• Build and maintain local customer clusters
• Launch approval process for price changes
• Maintain price list with changes, supersessions, NPI etc.
• Initiate price changes outside of regular reviews
• Market knowledge & local competitor positioning & benchmarking
• Build, load & maintain price lists in the relevant ERP systems
• Consolidate & communicate any changes to customer clustering

What we expect from you as a Pricing Specialist Middle East:

• Deep understanding of the retail price set up for the market, minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles preferably in the automotive spare parts sector
• Experience in price/profitability analysis with very good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams with strong analytical and communication skills
• Business fluent English and local language
• University degree in related field
