  1. Prepare the month end closing schedule and lead the month end closing activities. Ensure that all steps are based on the IFRS and PRC Accounting policies. monthly/quarterly/yearly PRC report preparation

负责各项月结工作的安排并管理整个月结工作。

  1. Provide the actual/forecast reports with high quality and efficiency.    

正确，高效的提供各项实际或预算报表。

  1.  Monitor the related accounting guidelines and requirements.

确保各项财务核算制度的正确执行。

  1. Participate in internal and external audits, able to deliver analysis and explain variances.

配合各项内部及外部审计，提供相关数据，分析及解释。

  1. Responsible for monthly VAT return, Quarterly Income Tax Return, Annual Income Tax filing Return。

负责月度国税申报，季度所得税申报和年度所得税汇算清缴申报

  1.  Monitor the update of Chinese tax regulations, prepare impact analysis and provide internal consultation support for implementation

负责跟踪最新税务政策的变更，提供相应的分析，并提供执行方面的管理建议。

       7.  Prepare the tax internal control guidance / process for the selected weak areas.

寻求税务控制方面的薄弱点，并采取措施，制定流程，达致改善。

      8. Overhead tracking& analysis  (reallocation, accruals )费用类分析

     9. New account/cost center/project code application新增科目、成本中心、项目号等系统申请维护

    10. E-PR approval (NPM)网上审批系统预审
