Your tasks:
- Own the end-to-end business model for the business segment and trigger relevant differentiated initiative specific to being successful into this business segment Develop, integrate, and control functionalities of the Electric Drive System
- Oversees that the annual sales and margin targets are met in each country within the region
- Build relationship with top customers within the region to achieve long term customer retention, identify growth opportunities and maximize mutual success
- Develop/deploy the regional Business Line strategy, in coherence with the overall BL Strategy
- Drive profitable growth for the BL regionally, including penetration expansion within the regional markets
- Identify BL portfolio expansion opportunities (products, service & solutions), in particular resulting from new OE technologies & programs but also through organic/inorganic range extension for the region
- Ensure flawless service readiness for OE derived businesses and Digital services business line ensuring strong connectivity to ensure ZF’s products & solutions full life-cycle support
- Build and deploy effective Go-To-Market and marketing strategies across the region specific of the customers of the Business line segment ensuring BL positive differentiation towards competition
- Drive and deploy differentiation strategies and initiatives for best-in-class customer proximity, incl. product availability, network concepts, services and solutions specific to the business line’s segment
- Continuously improve BL's positive differentiation towards it's customers and provide orientation to the excellence functions regarding Business Development and Transformation needs
- Consolidate business development & growth roadmap for the complete segment ensuring timely deployment and execution
- Ensure commercial terms & conditions compliancy with legal regulations, Global BL strategy & code of conduct requirements (commercial policy, frameworks, guidelines)
- Develop a regional accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial and passionate team
Your profile:
- Deep understanding of regional Aftermarket value chain (product management, marketing, pricing, branding, distribution), customer requirements and trends Professional experience is desired
- Robust regional customer network and proven successful stakeholders relationship management Knowledge of Technical Project Management is desired
- Proven experience in successfully P&L management of global business and strong commercial sense
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead in complex matrix organizations
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
