Position Summary: Sell Digital System Solutions products to OEMs and OE Service networks and manage assigned key accounts. Collaborate directly with the different OE Sales Teams as DSyS Subject Matter Expert. Maintain customer contacts at manager and executive level. Focus on maximal customer satisfaction and growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Digital Connectivity products to assigned key accounts
  • Be trusted Subject Matter Expert for Digital System Solutions
  • Quote products and negotiate pricing with the customer
  • Collaborate closely with OE KAM teams, and drive operational excellence
  • Provide pro-active sales and commercial guidance to OE and AM Sales teams
  • Capture voice-of-the-customer, collect customer requirements and market feedback for leadership to further Digital strategy execution
  • Close collaboration with IoT Product Management and Customer Success Management
  • Participate at select trade shows and customer events
  • Accountable to achieve the defined sales KPI for assigned customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Background in business, transport or logistics experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of transport processes in the trucking and fleet business
  • Experience with IoT/telematics and/or SaaS solution selling
  • Key Account Management experience a bonus
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Thrives in complex sale settings, ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to provide pro-active sales and commercial guidance for OEM/OES Sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical thinking and strong business acumen
  • Effective “consultative” and influential approach, combined with action-oriented passion for speed
  • Solid IT knowledge with Microsoft office tools and CRM experience
  • Excellent English language skills and willingness to travel 50-70%
