We are looking for a Site HR Leader (m/f/d) to join our team at our Delfgauw location.

About the Team:

In this role, you will work across three entities in Delfgauw. You move effortlessly between different perspectives and know how to build strong connections — with employees, managers, the works council, and external partners. You are someone who builds trust, listens, and provides direction. 

A day as a Site HR Leader at ZF (m/f/d) in Delfgauw
No two days are the same. You start your day with a cup of coffee and a meeting with a manager on team development, followed by discussions with the works council on current topics. Throughout the day, you are an approachable point of contact for employees, supporting them with various HR matters and working with the occupational health service on appropriate action plans.
Around lunchtime, you take a walk through the beautiful surroundings with a colleague, discussing their development in a relaxed setting. In the afternoon, you focus on the pension project, align payroll matters with Finance, ensure clear HR reporting, and prepare for the weekly management team meeting.
The day flies by, but what remains is the feeling that you truly made a difference — for both the organization and its people.

What you can look forward as Site HR Leader (m/f/d): 

• As a Site HR Leader, you are a trusted partner and advisor to both management and employees. You combine operational excellence with strategic insight and help create a work environment where people can grow and collaborate effectively.
  Your responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with both organizational goals and employee needs
  • Identifying HR challenges and translating them into sustainable solutions
  • Advising managers and employees on organizational and people-related topics
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, from hire to exit
  • Coordinating and managing payroll processes and personnel administration, while acting as a key point of contact for employees
  • Collaborating with the works council and contributing to effective employee participation
  • Taking an active role in the new pension plan – a key and impactful project
  • Delivering clear HR reporting and insights to stakeholders
  • Supporting fleet management (cars and bicycles) as part of the broader role

Your profile as Site HR Leader (m/f/d): 

You are a true people person: approachable, professional, and genuinely engaged. You understand the importance of trust and know how to build it at all levels.
Additionally, you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree level (HBO), preferably in HRM or a related field
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience working with a works council
• Knowledge of labor law, collective labor agreements (CAO), and HR processes
• Interest in or experience with complex projects, such as pension schemes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with different stakeholders
• A proactive, accurate, and trustworthy approach
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is a plus
