What you can look forward to as Project Coordinator - Aftermarket: 

• Project support for the Sales Leader
• Attending, together with the Sales Leader, on-site customer meetings to understand customers requirements
• Monitoring the commercial processes
• Preparing detailed reports, dashboards and presentations
• Optimizing business processes in collaboration with the various stakeholders
• Managing complex quotations
• General administration and communication

 
Your profile as Project Coordinator - Aftermarket: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of MS Office / IT Savvy, experience with Navision / SAP is a plus
• Analytical thinker, good social skills, bridge builder 
• Independent way of working & hands on mentality
• Affinity to the automotive sector
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French or German language skills are plus
• Willingness to spend one day per week in our office in Brussels
