Junior Supply Chain Officer (m/f/d)

About the Team

The purpose of the position is to ensure an optimal ordering and delivery process for parts for the internal Sales and Service organization. This involves working with various systems and actively communicating with both our suppliers within the ZF network and with the local internal organization (Logistics, Sales, and Service). This includes (jointly) ensuring a healthy and effective local inventory.

What you can look forward to as Junior Supply Chain Officer (m/f/d):

• Retrieving prices and delivery times for parts and materials.
• Activating and managing items in the ERP system (Navision).
• Creating and processing purchase orders for the workshop, sales, and inventory.
• Ordering parts from internal and external suppliers (NL & BE).
• Inventory management and analysis of strategic stock.
• Ordering original and replacement parts, including returns handling.
• Processing returns and quality issues (NL & BE).
• Tracking orders, backorders, and delivery issues.

Your Profile as Junior Supply Chain Officer (m/f/d):

• MBO+ level of thinking and working or equivalent level obtained through education and/or experience.
• Experience in a logistics/purchasing role is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, German is a plus.
• Familiarity with common computer programs such as MS Office, Navision, etc.
• Results-oriented.
• Customer focus.
