What you could expect from us as a Business Support Specialist (m/f/d): 

• Project support of the Sales Leader
• Attending, together with the Sales Leader, on sight customer meetings to understand customers requirements
• Monitoring the commercial processes
• Preparing detailed reports, dashboards and presentations
• Optimizing business processes in collaboration with the various stakeholders
• Managing complex quotations
• General administration and communication

What we expect from you as a Business Support Specialist (m/f/d): 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent through experience.
• Analytical thinker, good knowledge of MS Office / IT Savvy. Knowledge of Navision / SAP is a plus
• Good social skills / bridge builder, Independent & Hands-on
• Affinity with the automotive sector
• Knowledge of NL and ENG is a must. knowledge of FR or German is a plus.
• Willingness to spend 1 day/week in our office in Brussels
