What you can look forward to as ZFFCN-PS (LEAN) Coordinator:

• Implement and maintain the ZFFCN Production System (ZFFCN PS) in the facility
• Guarantee that ZFFCN PS is fully understood and communicated within the plant.
• Analyze logistics & production processes and indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives by organizing, triggering and leading all Lean Manufacturing activities within the facility (5S, Muda, Value Stream Mapping…).
• Initiate and realize changes in cooperation with department managers to improve training, 
• processes, material flows and labor utilization. 
• Assure that exclusively harmonized ZFFCN PS methods and tools are applied within the plant.
• Provide ZFFCN PS training for employees and management, according to the ZFFCN PS method box, e.g. Value Stream Mapping, 5S, elimination of waste and Standardized Work Procedures.
• Participate in 5S audits as well as in ZFFCN Lean Evaluation/Assessment to monitor the improvement progress within the plant.
• Prepare internal ZFFCN PS reports periodically and as requested.
• Guarantee compliance with ZFFCN policies and procedures.

Your profile as ZFFCN-PS (LEAN) Coordinator:

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; or equivalent 
• Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and production methods
• Profound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Kaizen, Kanban
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Experienced moderator and teambuilding know-how
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Working proficiency in English
