The position can be filled in Debrecen or Kecskemét. 

What you can look forward to as Technical Lead - Automation & AI (m/f/d):

• Define and maintain the technical vision and architectural roadmap for automation platforms aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end automation solutions integrating RPA, AI/ML services, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and deploy automation components, including bots, custom libraries, and AI agents using Microsoft technologies.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automation artifacts to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools for intelligent automation and agentic AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Your Profile as Technical Lead - Automation & AI (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in software development, including 3+ years in RPA and 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio, with strong coding skills in Python or C#.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI-powered agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision) and integration with automation platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
