About the Team: 
We are making greenfield investments in Hungary, building two plants (Debrecen and Kecskemét), and providing relevant career possibilities for professionals who would like to work in the automotive industry and also in a great team.

What you can look forward to as Senior Global Risk Expert:

• Process Expert for the Risk Management process 
• Supervise the global Risk Management network. 
• Coordinate the Risk Management reviews to the Board of Management 
• Review and evaluate the risk register 
• Review and evaluate the risk assessments 
• Align and communicate risk-mitigating measures. 
• Conduct root cause analyses. 
• Represent the risk management in internal and external audits. 
• Help in the BCP and the BIA processes 
• Create awareness for risk management over all sites of the organization. 
• Create training materials 
• Train the managers and other leadership roles about risk management 
• Train the risk coordinators about the risk management process 

Your profile as Senior Global Risk Expert:

• Successfully completed BSc or MSc degree in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or quality management audit certificates 
• More than 5 years’ experience with risk management processes. 
• More than 5 years of proven role as risk coordinator/manager. 
• ISO 31000 certification is a plus. 
• Certification of IATF, TISAX or other frameworks is a plus. 
• Independent, self-reliant and structured way of working.  
• Strong communication and moderation skills 
• Advanced MS Office skills 
• Working proficiency in English
