As Recruiter, you will coordinate and perform all tasks related to staff recruitment, local employer attractiveness, hiring process and retention management.

What you can look forward to as Recruiter:

• Develop and implement appropriate recruitment strategies for vacant positions.
• Attract applicants by publishing job postings / offers via appropriate recruitment channels.
• Source, (pre-)screen and record all incoming applications, check references and conduct telephone / face-to-face interviews as agreed with the cross functions and provide them with regular status updates.
• Support all parties as regards the assessment of the potential candidates.
• Support negotiations on the job offers with the candidates on basis of existing ZFFCN compensation & benefits standards and policies in place.
• Coordinate internal emloyee referral process
• Detect potential improvements of the employer attractiveness continuously by recommending new policies and practices on basis of benchmarks of job offers and compensation practices in the regional automotive industry.
• Provide feedback and regular communication on ongoing tasks for all parties.

Your profile as Recruiter:

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Labor Psychology, Business Management with mayor in Human Resources or similar
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in similar position in manufacturing environment, automotive industry is an advantage
• Basic know-how of employment law and current practices
• Good computer skills in MS Office
• Proven organization and communication skills with people of all professional levels
• Working proficiency in English
• High level ERP and ATS knowledge, Workday and SAP MHS preferred
