About the Team: 
The Quality team drives the implementation, control and optimization of quality relevant processes within the industrialization phase in corporation with the related project team and serial production together with the plant management team and the regional Quality responsible within a global network.

 

What you can look forward to as Quality Manager:
•    Implement the quality management system within the plant and assure the quality of the products and processes.
•    Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards and a quality management system on basis of ZF standards.
•    Develop and specify inspection and test plans on basis of internal quality assurance procedures, methods and tools based on ZF standards.
•    Support the certification according to ISO TS16949.
•    Coordinate quality audits of existing processes and products and coordinate the involvement of in- and external auditors. 
•    Solve problems in differing situations requiring the identification and selection of solutions.
•    Prepare quality management analyses in case of new or modified products and processes.
•    Cooperate with customers, sub-contractors and independent inspection and actively engage in global ZF Quality Management Network.
•    Lead, motivate and develop reporting staff and provide training on the subject of quality management.
•    Develop continuous improvement programs as well as coordinate and participate in projects and sub-projects.

 

Your profile as Quality Manager:
•    Degree in engineering or quality management
•    Min. 5 years of professional experience
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to communicate to people of different professional levels
•    Strong leadership and management skills
•    Fluent English
