What you can look forward to as Process Expert Technical Standards (m/f/d): 

• Development & rollout of standards, technical solutions & methods in the area of assembly processes, automation technology and digitalization with a focus on maintenance; 
• Functional lead of a global maintenance expert network consisting of representatives of the plants and cross-functions (know how exchange, spare part management, standardization); 
• Training and audits (virtually & on-site globally); 
• Support of plants and industrialization projects worldwide, cross departmental communication and collaboration in international project teams. 

Your profile as Process Expert Technical Standards (m/f/d): 

• Engineering degree and practical experiences in the fields of maintenance and/or industrial engineering; 
• Pronounced technical understanding and the ability to convey technical context in an international environment (virtually & face-to-face); 
• Hands-on mentality; 
• Good knowledge in MS Office (with SAP/maintenance management software is preferable); 
• Good English language competency – both verbal and written;  
• Ability/willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
