What you can look forward to as Process Expert Production IT Security (PITS):

• Identification of production IT security needs and development of appropriate processes, methods and tools for a global network of assembly plants & cross-function locations to protect complex manufacturing processes and data; 
• Work in a matrix environment in coordination with disciplinary and functional leadership in order to fulfill global objectives with regards to IT securityconcepts for production systems, equipment, applications and networks;
• Training of employees in the plants and the cross-function (virtually and on-site); 
• Consulting and hands-on support locally at the production sites, e.g. with whitelisting, patch management, backup & recovery, remote support, taskforce activities in case of security threats; 
• Collaboration in acquisition & industrialization projects to implement production IT network security provisions/firewalls;  
• Planning and execution of assessments/audits, agree to-do lists as well as implementation tracking; 
• Develop working relationships with internal and external business partners.

Your profile as Process Expert Production IT Security (PITS):

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science and/or practical experience in the mentioned tasks; 
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: production IT infrastructure, IT security, IT networking/firewall, industrial engineering; 
• Knowledge of IT security mechanisms, machine control, industrial networks/bus technologies, technical interface between IT and operations as well ascurrent security and safety regulations; 
• Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills as well as a hands-on mentality; 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and direct the work of others; 
• Good knowledge in MS Office;  
• Good English language competency – both verbal and written;  
• Ability/willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
