IT Business Partner Infrastructure

Your tasks:

• Manage vendor relationships, contract definitions, vendor invoices, and SLA agreement screening; 
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables;
• Review and approve all technology infrastructure upgrades (applications, networks, storage solutions, operating systems, databases, cloud solutions, etc.) in regards vendor proposed solutions;
• Assesses the compatibility and integration of products proposed as standards to ensure an integrated and standardized application footprint across the company;
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, documentation, and guidelines (based on ITIL Framework) for the Infrastructure;
• Supports Audits and Certifications  (e.g. TISAX); 
• Work with business stakeholders to define business cases, identify potential Infrastructure prospects (including the g definition of selection criteria), select best-fit-solutions and setup solid implementation plans;
• Responsible for user management (IAM, AD) creation of Roles and assignments;
• Strong understanding of Business Infrastructure life-cycle management and IT Service delivery methods;
• Drive the definition and implementation of the Enterprise Infrastructure Strategy in alignment with the overall IT and Business Strategy, including roadmap and release management, as well as continuously check effectiveness and propose improvements;
• Possesses a strong technical understanding and stay current of emerging and state-of-the art solutions, Industry standards and Methodologies pertaining to IT Infrastructure;
• Develops working relationships with internal and external business partners for a comprehensive technology roadmap and future state vision (e.g. Zero Trust);
• Translate complex contexts into simple messages and visual representation for the discussion and decision making at executive level.

Your Skills:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology;
• Good English language competency – both verbal and written;
• Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience with ITIL Framework, IT Security, IT Infrastructure implementation, and cross-function collaboration, incl. project management skills, not limited to Agile methods;
• Willingness to travel international;
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders;
• Experience with organizational policies, plans, and standards;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
