IT Business Partner Applications

Your tasks:

• Work with business stakeholders to define business cases, identify potential system prospects (including the definition of selection criteria), select best-fit-solutions, and set up solid implementation plans;
• Good understanding of IT security and Industry Data protection standards and anticipates future trends and technologies to develop the necessary architectures to bring business to the next level;
• Possesses a strong technical understanding of state-of-the-art solutions, Industry standards, and Methodologies pertaining to IT Applications;
• Strong understanding of Business application life-cycle and IT service management;
• Drive the definition and implementation of the Enterprise Application strategy in alignment with the overall IT and Business strategy, including roadmap and release management, as well as continuously check the effectiveness and propose improvements;
• Develops Specifications for e.g. New IT products/services, Applications (ERP, non-ERP), and service offerings including preparing analysis and/or feasibility studies of new and proposed systems;
• Develops working relationships with internal and external business partners for a comprehensive technology roadmap and future state vision (e.g. Zero Trust);
• Translate complex contexts into simple messages and visual representations for discussion and decision-making at the executive level;
• Strong Knowledge of Documentation methods regarding IT-related procedures and processes;
• Manages vendor relationships, statements of work, vendor invoices, vendor escalations, SLA agreement screening, contract definitions, and vendor deliverables;

 
Your Skills:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology; 
• Good English language competency – both verbal and written;
• Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience with ITIL Framework, IT Security, IT Application implementation and cross-function collaboration, incl. project management skills, not limited to Agile methods;
• Willingness to travel international;
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders;
• Experience with organizational policies, plans, and standards;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and technical communication skills.
