What you can look forward to as IT Business Partner:

• Develops specifications for e.g., New IT products/services, Applications (ERP, non-ERP), and service offerings including preparing analysis and/or feasibility studies of new and proposed systems, assessing its compatibility to ensure an standardized application footprint across the company. 
• Develops and maintains policies, standards, documentation, and guidelines (based on ITIL Framework) regarding IT related procedures and processes.
• Manages vendor relationships, statements of work, vendor invoices, vendor escalations, SLA agreement screening, contract definitions, and vendor deliverables. 
• Works with business stakeholders to define business cases, identify potential Infrastructure and Application prospects (including definition of selection criteria), select best-fit-solutions and setup solid implementation plans.
• Translates complex contexts into simple messages and visual representation for the discussion and decision making at executive level at Tiber.
• Responsible for Usermanagement (IAM, AD) creation of Tiber Roles and assignments.
• Strong understanding of Business Infrastructure and Application life-cycle management and IT Service delivery methods.
• Possesses a strong technical understanding and stay current of emerging and state-of-the art solutions, IT security and data protection and Industry standards and Methodologies pertaining to IT Infrastructure and Applications to bring Tiber to a next level.

Your profile as IT Business Partner:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology
• Good English language competency – both verbal and written
• Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience with ITIL Framework, IT Security, IT Application implementation and cross-function collaboration, incl. project management skills, not limited to Agile methods.
• Willingness to travel international.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders. 
• Experience with organizational policies, plans, and standards. 
• Analytical and critical thinking skills. 
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and technical communication skills. 
• Proficiency in written communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work with diverse groups/populations.
