The position can be filled in Debrecen or Kecskemét.

What you can look forward to as Head of Technology & Platform (m/f/d):

• Design, execute and continuously improve a forward-thinking infrastructure & digital platforms strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals, overall IT & Digital strategy and digital transformation initiatives
• Shape and oversee the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of modern IT infrastructure, capturing the potential of automation, integration and AI
• Champion strategic initiatives to streamline operations, improve digital user experiences and enable business growth
• Effectively manage third party provider, cultivate strong relationships with technology vendors to leverage best value-cost-risk ratio
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Manage the IT budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-efficiency
• Ensure all IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly regarding data privacy and security
• Work closely with other functions and senior leadership to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions

Your Profile as Head of Technology & Platform (m/f/d):

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field / relevant experience
• Extensive experience in IT management, platforms and digital infrastructure within a modern enterprise
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and transforming infrastructure, in-/ and outsourcing and management of third parties
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of IT systems, cloud technologies and digital transformation
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
