We are currently looking for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Development to join our newly created joint-venture organization.
Location: Debrecen, Hungary.

 

Tasks:

 

  • E2E responsibility (“functional excellence”) for design, standardization, rollout & continuous improvement of people qualifications & development, organizational development and recruiting processes in close alignment with Regional Lead, HR BP and Plant HR. Further optimization and digitization of processes;
  • Learning & Competency Development: design, implementation and evaluation of company-wide standardized training offers as per defined topic clusters, based on qualification needs analysis to ensure a comparable competence level globally;   
  • Talent Management & Acquisition: positioning ZF as an attractive global employer brand in relevant target groups. Design and implementation of standardized talent identification, development and placement processes and products (both internally and externally);  
  • Leadership & Organizational Development: design & implementation of standardized performance management processes as well as leadership development programs. 

 
Profile:

 

  • Self driven, highly motivated personality with demonstrated leadership skills;
  • Ability to act within an intercultural environment, willingness to travel;
  • Profound knowledge in state-of-the-art Talent Acquisition/People and Organizational Development methods;
  • Min. 5 - 7 Years of experience in Talent Management, Demand Fulfilment & Employee Lifecycle Management.
