Tasks:

Lead Region Quality Organization to enable Quality Performance and Customer Satisfaction;
Lead collaboration across the Region functions to drive Quality Performance;
Drive Excellence on Quality Performance thru Quality KPI's;
Design, implement, maintain and improve Quality Strategy and Initiatives (ZF DNA of Quality) to achieve World Class Quality Performance and Customer Satisfaction;
Drive strong Quality Mindset;
Drive resolution and prevention of customer concerns;
Drive compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and customer specific requirements;
Member of the Quality Executive Group.

Skills/Experience:

Degree in engineering or quality management;
Min. 5 years of vocational experience;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Ability to communicate to people of different professional level;
Strong leadership and management skills, intercultural competencies;
Fluent English.
