Head of Process Management (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Development/further improvement and coordination of process methods and tools;
• Align the respective process strategy with the IT strategy and ensure implementation;
• Ensuring the further development of the Business Master Solution (BMS) and its implementation at the locations;
• Technical management of global process owners (DPR);
• Ensuring the introduction of ZF's project management standards and their design within the Car Chassis Technology Division; 
• Planning of the human, material and financial resources of the area of responsibility;
• Participation in ZF internal and external committees.

Skills/Experience:

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable education with corresponding specialist training in the technical field or comparable degree;
• Several years of professional experience in process, project and quality management; 
• Profound knowledge of ZF and Division C - internal process standards, guidelines, procedural instructions;
• Very good cooperation and communication skills;
• High leadership competence and ability to work in a team;
• International and intercultural experience with a high willingness to travel;
• Business fluency in English.
