What you can look forward to as Plant Manager Darlaston: 

• Lead, manage and develop plant team with passion to ensure a problem-solving organization is installed by empowerment, clear accountability and compliance
• Drive financial and operational performance of the location to achieve short- and long-term business results (FCM)
• Foster environment of continuous improvement and create a long-term vision as well as develop strategic and operational planning for the location
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive strategic development of the Darlaston plant

Your Profile as Plant Manager Darlaston:

• Solid working experience in operations (esp. Lean Management) and relevant functions (esp. Project Management)
• Leadership experience incl. coaching/mentoring skills
• Transformation competence and organizational development skills
• Profound knowledge in digitalization and automatization 
• Business / finance management acumen as well as result-driven and solution oriented
• Fluent English language skills
