Senior Commodity Buyer (electronic components)

Location: 

Częstochowa, WP, PL, 42-200

Your tasks:

 

• Commodity sourcing (on time), beating BU target, closing the cost gaps to the best practices
• Saving achievement and management
• PO administration
• Supplier’s management including suppliers classification and database management,
• Supplier contract initiation and negotiation (Terms & Conditions, Consignment, logistic & quality directive)
• Participating in the part family strategy and development
• Daily support to BU and business for all supplier related and commercial related

 

Your profile:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing area (commodity)
• Experience with supplier analysis and evaluation (i.e. quality, capacity, cost, etc.); proficient knowledge of purchasing tools, negotiation methods,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package, SAP preferred
• Very good knowledge of English
• Good negotiation and communication skills; project managements skills preferred
• Flexible work mode (business trip, overtime working)
