Office 365 Specialist (Enterprise Messaging Services) - IT Center

Your tasks

  • Support customers and the Executive Management Group in handling and troubleshooting of messaging solutions like Microsoft Outlook (Calendar, Groups, …) and Exchange Online
  • Manage existing messaging solutions mainly based on Microsoft technologies (Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Mail Encryption Solutions)
  • Work and support in frequently changing and challenging IT projects
  • Independent processing of 2nd and 3rd level support issues (expert level)
  • Carry out trainings on the use of messaging solutions


Your profile

  • University/College degree in Information Technology or Economics
  • Skills in dealing with MS Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365
  • Having good communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Being sociable and patience person who has fun to work in an international and virtual team environment
