Your tasks:


  • Onboarding of machines and systems to the ZF Cloud - Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP) as an expert in the IT connectivity team 
  • Provides the OT Experts with suitable connectivity solutions in the network (e.g. Kepware, NodeRed etc.) through an IIoT gateway
  • 2nd level support for identifying the root cause and providing a solution by IT or the OT experts
  • Data and process analysis with the OT Expert after onboarding for data validation
  • Cooperation with internal and external IT specialists as well as OT experts on technical issues and developments


Your Profile: 

  • Degree in automation technology / IT or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT service management, focus on production
  • In-depth knowledge of automation technology and understanding of ITIL V3 / 4 principles and processes
  • Good English (to successfully communicate in an international work environment), German is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills; confident in communicating with all internal organizational levels and external partners
