IT Service Management Production Support

Location: Częstochowa, Gliwice, Łódź, Wrocław.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Valuable team member of the PDPQ Regional Service Management group, which has end-to-end accountability for Production systems within that region
• Integration of ZFI4.0 strategies
• Rollout/integration/commissioning of machines and assembly lines
• Supporting standardization efforts concerning ZF plant floor applications (MES, SCADA, Connectivity)
• The overall connection of machines and plants according to ZF strategy
• Integration and commissioning of critical production systems and control technology
• Ensure compliance to SLA’s
• Collaborate with internal and external IT professionals on technical issues and developments
• Managing outsource relationship for 3rd party application


Requirements:

 

• Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and external partners
• Bachelor’s degree in automation technology / IT
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing with strong IT affinity
• Strong affinity to IT (SQL, C#, .NET, Web Technologies)
• Understanding ITIL V3 principals and processes
• Depth knowledge of automation technology
• Advanced English knowledge
• Very good communication skills
• Willingness to travel
