HR Administration Trainee with German

Our company decided to establish a new branch of services within Global Business Services (GBS). As a core team member, you will deliver HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees.

 

Job decription :

  • HR Operations Management – providing expertise on the effective delivery of our day to day HR processes, policies and activities;
  • Support of the EMEA region in operational procedures;
  • Resolving queries through the HR ticketing system working with HR IT systems that we use to manage employee data and to perform transactions;
  • Data management according to the process;
  • Preparing reports;
  • Update and improve internal knowledge database;

 

Position requirements : 

  • Very good English skills required - written and verbal;
  • A Bachelor’s degree or in progress;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Eagerness to learn and understand new software (HR IT systems);
  • Attention to details – you need to make sure that tasks are completed accurately;
  • Communication skills and eagerness to work within an international environment;
  • Positive attitude, customer centric mindset;
  • Ability to plan and prioritize own workload;
