DFMEA Moderator

As an DFMEA Moderator in Passive Safety Electronics product group you will be responsible for:
•    Defining and development of DFMEA analysis for new products according to the process
•    Planning and moderation of FMEA meetings with cross functional team
•    FMEA owners work coordination, ensuring proper methodology and rules are applied in DFMEA 
•    Providing support and updates for released DFMEA analysis
•    Responsibility for analysis compliance with establish process and standards, support in process development  
•    Analysis report development and support in test plan definition
•    Evaluate the risks of the projects in the FMEA and, if needed, present them internally or externally (OEM)
•    Functional Safety analysis support in PSE product line
•    Presenting DFMEA to customers (OEM)
•    Act as an proactive person to transfer expertise and knowledge to cultivate DFMEA spirit in the team
  
Requirements: 
•    Bachelors Degree in Electronics engineering or equivalent
•    3 years of  experience in DFMEA development (best in automotive industry)
•    Experience in the methods of FMEA creation. Knowledge of the IQ-RM software would be ideal
•    Fluent English is a must
