Classifier - Export Control

Location: 

Częstochowa, WP, PL, 42-200

Tasks:

 

• Determine export control classification for ZF hardware and software products based on specified list of items (e.g. EC Dual-use Regulation, Common Military List of the EU, EAR/ITAR) including audit-proof documentation and its administration;
• Obtaining technical and sales related information, from mainly internal contacts, needed for the export control classification;
• Quality check of existing classifications provided from our service providers and suppliers and coordination of modifications using SAP and PDM in consultation with the relevant departments;
• Monitoring of relevant export control lists for updates and applying these changes for existing export control classifications;
• Setup and maintenance of rules to automate the classification process, where possible.

 

Requirements:

 

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification;
• Very good technical understanding and willingness to interpret legal texts;
• Min. 3 years professional experience in export control classification; 
• Basic SAP and PDM knowledge; comfortable with MS office applications;
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English with good communication skills in an international and virtual team environment.
