Your Tasks:


•  Lead to build up a strong Six Sigma/Advanced Problem Solving organization in ZF to provide expert know-how and foster knowledge transfer/best practices sharing to all hierarchy levels;
•  Drive worldwide ZF Six Sigma/APS key topics/methods including Reignite SixSigma, CIS, ZF PS Way, coordination and optimization of x-functions regarding Six Sigma/APS based on a cascadable corporate operations;
•  Accountable for the strategic and operational targets of corporate ZF Six Sigma/APS analyzing and monitoring the progress;
•  Create/develop/maintain ZF Six Sigma/APS standards for ZF PS method box (incl. method ownership), its governance and  sustainable roll out/adherence. Design and maintain the correlated CIP processes, develop and implement worldwide principle and  guidelines;
•  Create new training concepts and support Academy activities (such as Production & Quality);
•  Act as role model for Six Sigma/APS, including training, coaching/ mentoring, and certification at all the required levels of the organization;
•  Drive and Support the global MBB/RxM Community; Promote and drive the Global Six Sigma/RxM/APS Community through all its media (e.g.: Sharepoint, ZOOM, Teams, e-learning, Metaverse). Ensure cascaded communication, request/bundle feedback from the plants, represents governance function and support of regions/ divisions/ plants;
•  Lead or support identified strategic/problem solving focus projects across the global ZF or company wide. Active responsible for  change management;
•  Accountable and quality assurance for the CIS usage across the global Six Sigma/APS global organization.

 

Your Profile :


•  Academic degree in technical field or equivalent;
•  5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment;
•  Enthusiast profound knowledge & application experience of Six Sigma/RedX concepts and methods. Self starter and proficient knowledge developer. Six Sigma MBB certification; RedX apprentice/journeyman certification;
•  Good comprehension and understanding of ZF products & manufacturing processes;
•  Ability to appreciate/influence the strategic direction of the business and to lead projects and change programs;
•  Advanced skills to inspire confidence and enthusiasm for Six Sigma/APS, overcome resistance, to present topics, to sell its benefits, to run project and building teams;
•  Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English;
•  Results focused. Ability to manage Belts and APS apprentice in their development & projects;
•  Extensive Training & Coaching skills;
•  Willingness to travel.
