What you can look forward to as Trainee in NPM Procurement Department (m/f/d):

• Support supplier onboarding workflows in ELSA;
• Verify supplier documents and data quality;
• Coordinate tasks with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
• Monitor workflow progress and follow up on pending actions;
• Support reporting and process improvement activities.

Your profile as Trainee in NPM Procurement Department (m/f/d):

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Administration, or a related field;
• Good knowledge of Office 365 tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of ELSA or a similar system is an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work in accordance with established processes and guidelines;
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams;
• Fluent English (min. B2); additional languages such as German or Chinese are a plus;
• Available to work full-time and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
