What you can look forward to as Trainee in Global Purchasing Department (m/f/d):

• Become integral part of a global purchasing organization and gain hands-on experience;
• Develop in-depth knowledge of key electric motor components within the e-mobility value chain;
• Work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across regions;
• Gain practical experience in commercial negotiations and learn a variety of negotiation techniques while interacting with global strategic suppliers;
• Independently analyze, evaluate, and prepare purchasing-relevant data to support business decisions and achieve team and departmental objectives.

Your profile as Trainee in Global Purchasing Department (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field;
• Analytical skills with attention to details;
• Practical use of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint); 
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working, in combination with good organizational and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English in writing and verbal (at least B2 for everyday business communication);
• Availability to work full-time;
• Good knowledge of other language (German, Spanish or other) – nice to have;
• B-category Driving License – nice to have.
