We are currently looking for three Trainees in Częstochowa who will join our international team and contribute to global procurement projects.

What you can look forward to as Trainee in Global Procurement Department (m/f/d):

• Implement projects within commodity of strategic importance;
• Work on the definition of methodology and analyses of pilot projects for scalability cross-procurement functions;
• Participate in and support cross-divisional and cross-cluster commodity performance and cost competitiveness initiatives, ensuring alignment with procurement targets and long-term margin improvement;
• Ensure transparency and tracking of savings pipeline, implementation progress, and business case assumptions across all related commodity measures;
• Act on resolving roadblocks and accelerating implementation of cost optimization measures;
• Support strategic initiatives such as global sourcing optimization, localization strategies, and supplier performance improvement programs.

Your profile as Trainee in Global Procurement Department (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field;
• Analytical skills with attention to details;
• Practical use of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint, especially ThinkCell add-on);
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working, in combination with good organizational and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2 for everyday business communication);
• Availability to work full-time;
• Good knowledge of other language (German, Spanish or other) – nice to have;
• Some experience in procurement – nice to have.
