What you can look forward to as a Vendor Portal Support Trainee:

• Act as the first point of contact for suppliers regarding the ZF Vendor Portal.
• Monitor and manage the dedicated Vendor Portal support mailbox.
• Respond to supplier inquiries related to portal access, user management, and general portal functionality.
• Analyze incoming requests and resolve standard questions independently after training.
• Escalate technical issues to IT support teams and create incident tickets when required.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.
• Gain hands-on experience with portal administration, support processes, and business communication.

Your Profile as a Vendor Portal Support Trainee:

• University degree completed or currently pursuing studies.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level), especially in written communication.
• Confident user of Microsoft Outlook and other standard MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with global suppliers.
• Ability to understand issues, prioritize requests, and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Basic IT affinity and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• German language skills and previous support or administrative experience are considered a plus.
