About the Team:  

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP. 

What you can look forward to as a Digitalization Process Expert (m/f/d):  

• Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within a region (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific) with specific national or local requirements in the area of Tax, specifically local tax filing and reporting requirements;
• Identifying gaps between existing Tax functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and creating ideas how to close them;
• Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes;
• Taking on the role of a Process Expert in Tax (Define, adjust and document standard process for the ERP-Template);
• Driving project activity and alignment among cross-functional domains;
• Taking on the role of a sub-project manager for the relevant process domain to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals;
• Training Key-Users at the ZF site on tax processes;
• Conducting test preparation and execution of specific Tax processes & settings with the Key-Users at the site;
• Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks on tax specific settings;
• Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions in area of Tax.

 Your profile as Digitalization Process Expert (m/f/d): 

• Extensive experience in the area of tax processes and tax-related topics in Accounting;
• Good functional SAP experience in Accounting incl. relevant Tax driven functionalities & modules;
• Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects;
• Knowledge of specific Tax process requirements;
• Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach;
• Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries;
• Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals;
• Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide;
• Fluent English language skills.
