Task Force Lead - Supply Chain

In this global role, you will directly report to the Head of Supply Chain Management ZF LIFETEC and lead task force activities related to Supply Chain.

 

 
What you can look forward to as the SCM Task Force Lead:
•    You’ll be a member of the cross-functional task force team responsible for handling crisis situations related to supply chain issues
•    Task force activities take precedence over day-to-day business operations and directly report to the Head of SCM
•    As the SCM Task Force Lead, you’ll have the authority to lead activities regardless of organizational reporting lines or hierarchies and you’ll also have exposure to senior management levels
•    You’ll handle dedicated tasks and demonstrate flexibility by actively engaging in concrete crisis situations
•    Facilitate the escalation of critical items both internally and externally
•    Ensure a clear information flow to management by actively requesting data and information from suppliers, customers, and internal interfaces
•    Define tasks with clear responsibilities and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and addressing issues promptly
•    Foster transparency, communication, and information flow between teams
•    Develop tools and templates to enhance process execution efficiency

 
Your Profile as the SCM  Task Force Lead: 
•    Degree as Bachelor in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Technical field or equivalent 
•    Min 5-years’ experience in supply chain management, purchasing, project management, preferably in automotive industry
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines
•    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
•    Good communication, analytic thinking, self-starter skills, independent systematic working style, pro-active & creative
•    Fluent English language skills (speaking and writing)
•    Ability to work in diverse global teams and for travelling
•    Excellent MS Office skills
•    SAP working experience would be an asset
