Sustainability Expert - Corporate Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Further development of accounting, reporting and consolidation processes for the sustainability reporting
• Evaluation and implementation of ESG reporting requirements (based on EU regulations)
• Further development of sustainability-related guidelines and manuals
• Stakeholder specific preparation, visualization and communication of sustainability-related information, e.g. out of standard reports, analyses and further information for the management
• Integration of new reporting units to  fulfill sustainability reporting requirements
• Definition, organization and management of projects in corporate accounting (e.g. sustainability reporting)
• Set up, design and implement reporting tools for sustainability reporting
• Support of Roll out ESG relevant performance indicators
• Ensure governance of reporting performance Indicators (e.g. definitions, maintenance KPI library)
• Initiate and support Domain & Divisional reporting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master degree in Information Technology or Business administration (or similar) with a focus on accounting, controlling & reporting and/ or digitalization; Experiences in ESG would be a plus
• Knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis;
• Professional experience in the commercial area as well as Data analysis knowledge (e.g. SAC, Power BI, SAP-BW, BO Analysis, Query Designer, ...);
• Highly developed analytical skills and very good work organization;
• Willingness to learn and investigate new processes and tools regarding data analysis and reporting
• First experience in project management
• Must be a team player interested in new challenges and able to work with and through others;
• Fluently spoken and written English,
• Knowledge of German language would be a plus
