Supply Chain Coordinator (SAP4 Hana)

We are looking for a new colleague in the supply chain engineering department at our location in Czestochowa.
 
Your tasks:

• Actively support SAP4 Hana development to ensure roll out is aligned to current processes, with a strong focus on SCM and Manufacturing disciplines
• Support and drive projects with SAP and SCM expertise to ensure current practices are standardised across the division in readiness for SAP4 Hana rollout as well as being key point of contact for SAP expertise in division for SCM tasks related to division achieving their KPI’s and financial targets
• Support and drive corporate activities related to SAP and SCM and E-Comm which includes EDI and ASN implementation and being key initial point of contact for trouble shooting SAP related issues within division and escalation to corporate team as required
• Train and advise plant based SCM teams on new initiatives relating to SAP /SCM topics and support warehouse automation projects with SAP guidance
• Monitor and report on plant use of SAP setting in alignment with company guidelines
   

Your profile:

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Process Engineering
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Significant SAP Knowledge to include deep understanding of SCM / Manufacturing processes. SAP tables etc.
• Green belt/ 6sigma, Strong data analysis, problem solving skills and mathematical ability; SAP implementation / Roll out (SAP4 Hana preferred)
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, to interact easily across all organizational sites globally and to act decisively in implementing solutions
• Fluent English language skills required and excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP & QAD), Minitab, especially MS Excel including pivot tables and MS PowerPoint, PowerBi preferred
