About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in our Department Supplier Development Engineering located in Częstochowa, Gliwice, Poland.

What you can look forward to as Supplier Development Engineer (m/f/d):

• Be the “one face to supplier” regarding APQP process in Division U EMEA;
• Manage APQP process linked to one or more defined suppliers (delivering all Regions);
• Release supplier PPAP, ensuring a high level to detail;
• Ensuring quality in projects to achieve zero defects and flawless launches;
• Perform process audit (acc. VDA 6.3) at assigned suppliers. Track to closure open action item list at suppliers;

Your Profile as Supplier Development Engineer (m/f/d):

• Successfully completed degree in technical/mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable studies;
• Min 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferred work experience within automotive/business-related industry;
• Experience with quality tools (APQP, PPAP, 8D/ RFMEA, FMEA, MSA… VDA6,3) and knowledge in one of these technologies – Die Casting,  Stamping, Screw manufacture; 
• Experience of SAP KPN and SupplyON would be advantageous;
• High level of motivation, strong and reliable decision-making capabilities
• Project Management and excellent Program Management skills;
• Team player with verbal and written English skills; 
• Willingness for European business travel 30% to 50%.
