Zadania:

Koordynacja procesu zatrudnienia, onbordingu oraz exit interview
Obsługa benefitów pracowniczych
Wsparcie managerów z całego świata we wszystkich zagadnieniach HR dotyczących Centrum IT
Przygotowanie raportów i analiz z zakresu HR
Aktywny udział we wdrażaniu nowych projektów z zakresu HR
Organizowanie szkoleń dla pracowników

Twój profil:

Wykształcenie wyższe
Doświadczenie na stanowisku o podobnym zakresie zadań
Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu projektów HR mile widziane
Znajomość przepisów prawa pracy
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B1+
Znajomość MS Excel
