Technical analyst for IT end devices
Location:
Częstochowa, WP, PL, 42-200
We are looking for IT technical support analyst for our global end-device standardization team in IT Center Poland.
Your tasks
- Structure and organize the "Performance Baseline Testing" in the client environment, develop and implement key performance indicators (KPI) for end devices services/clients
- Work together with other teams on automation and integration of end device services, close cooperation with the verification & certification team for IT workplace devices
- Manage processes and service/hardware providers in the area of DaaS (device as a service) for IT workplace devices
- Steer global client problem analysis mainly based on predictive analytics data
- Create documentation around policies, standards procedures and guidelines
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience within client infrastructure, client solutions including 2nd level support (according to ITIL)
- Degree in Information Technology or comparable
- Professional handling of Microsoft OS and client management solutions, Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Good English (to successfully communicate in an international work environment), German is an advantage
- Very good collaboration skills (for working in international teams)
