Specialist Business Planning and Controlling

Location: Czestochowa (Poland), Vigo (Spain)

Responsibilities: 

• Supporting the OP, SP cost savings development;
• Reviewing data quality in the different systems for monthly forecasting of cost reductions and other metrics;
• Reporting other KPIs (localization, supplier consolidation, sourcing metrics, etc.);
• Providing support to the MM divisional BU and Commodity leadership with reporting and planning activities;
• Interface with Division Passive Safety Systems plants Finance teams;
• Provide support to the Governance team on the implementation of systems and initiatives in MM as key user;
• Train and support MM team members (program buyers, commodity buyers) on reporting topics.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a similar position (preferably experience in Purchasing);
• Degree as Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance or equivalent education;
• Skills in Excel, SAP, PowerBI, etc.;
• Good communication, analytic, strategic thinking, problem solving and self-starter skills;
• Experience in a global organization, ability to work in diverse global teams;
• Fluent English language skills (speaking and writing);
• Independent systematic work, strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, pro-active, creativity and ‘can-do’ attitude;
• Availability for travelling.
