Senior Manager Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

• Drive development, standardization and continues improvement of the planning processes and systems;
• Coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process;
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with other functions, such as marketing, product development, engineering, production, and finance to reconcile top-down financial plans with the bottom-up operational plans;
• Run mid and long term material forecasts and provide outputs to functional departments and executive management;
• Continuously improve quality of demand forecasts in SAP system;
• Manage supply bottlenecks, supplier constraints and material allocation;
• Lead supplier escalations and claim related costs;
• Perform risk evaluation and analysis, flag upcoming supplier risks, develop proactive strategies and mitigation plans;
• Contribute to special projects and other supply chain and business strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Economy / Production Engineering / IT;
• 10 years+ of experience in demand/ supply/ inventory role (preferably experience in automotive industry);
• 5 years+ of leading teams;
• Process-oriented mindset with solid operational background in S&OP, demand planning, production planning, etc.;
• Relevant experience in supplier capacity management, bottleneck management and material allocation;
• Understanding of inventory optimization and related planning parameters;
• Strong communication skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams and deal with complex organizations;
• Solid analytical skills and aspiration for data-driven supply chain management;
• Working experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP;
• International versatile, English language.
