Please notice, that the position can be fully remote. There is a possibility of working from either Poland, Czech Republic or Slovakia.

Your Tasks:

Responsibility for ensuring compliance with foreign trade law (export control and sanction regulations) in EMEA and India as well as legal advice on export control and sanction laws
Contact for all questions of export control and sanction regulations
Management, Organization and Leading of the Foreign Trade Department EMEA and India including Export Control Contacts at plants
Further development of export control in terms of organization and process as well as implementation in the assigned locations; initiation and participation in the optimization of processes
Cooperation with internal and external service providers, as well as contacts with export control authority
Export license management, Export Control Classification and training of affected employees
Support roll-out of strategic Foreign Trade Export Control Management and Classification IT Tool

Your Profile:

Relevant higher education diploma (eg. law, economy, business law, international business etc.) with preferably 6 years of professional experience in the field of export control
Management experience and intercultural experience
Technical understanding and good knowledge of Automotive product portfolio
Fluent English. Additional language would be an asset
SAP knowledge would be a plus
Resilience, good communication and didactic skills are required as well as flexibility and willingness to travel
