Your tasks:
• Lead and steer global IT Service Management.
• Manage and develop global IT Service Portfolio and underlying financials worth EUR 580 Mio. of total IT Budget. (Content, Structure, Financials and operational IT systems):
- Manage and develop ZF IT Service Portfolio in alignment with Business and IT,
- Manage IT Service Financials and Framework (Operational Planning (OP), Calculation, Charging, Reporting),
- Responsible for worldwide IT Service Contracts with all Legal Entities,
- Ownership of ITSM Life Cycle Processes and accountable for IT Portfolio Strategy Framework (Cont. Develop. and Market Research),
- Manage all service-related M&A requests, TSA.
• Control & Steer IT Service Level Agreements (SLA):
- Manage global SLA Framework,
- Lead and facilitate negotiations between BRMs and the Service Managers.
• Manage IT Service Delivery Chain from Request to Service in role as E2E process owner.
• Accountable for entire Operational IT Environment (Software and Processes) to ensure holistic Service and Service Performance: Service Design, Operational Planning, Calculation, Charging, Reporting.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Process in area of responsibility.
Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration related fields.
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Controlling and/or IT governance.
• General management skills.
• Highly analytical, assertive and persuasive.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills, fluent English.
