Your Profile:

BA/BSc degree and at least 2 years of experience in an agile, scalable and international environment as a Scrum Master
Excellent English skills (to effectively communicate, present and persuade relevant stakeholders)
Strong understanding of agile/scrum principles, values, techniques, theory and servant leadership approach
Ability to coach and support development teams at various stages of agile/scrum maturity
Knowledge of software development processes and procedures with the focus on continuous improvement

Nice to Have:

Scrum Master certification
Experience with software development lifecycle
People or project management experience
Experience in working with scaled agile frameworks

Your Tasks:

Leading the team and evangelizing scrum principles by using the best-known practices to achieve common goals in the most effective way
Facilitating scrum practices and ceremonies
Promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an ambassador)
Coaching the team in creating the product backlog, sprint backlogs and writing user stories in the most pragmatic way
Supporting the Product Team in tracking and communicating progress and backlogs while looking for the opportunities to increase effectiveness (and business value)
