SCM Expert Performance Management - Data Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Identify and access data sources from various systems and databases;

• Write queries and scripts to extract relevant data;

• Create, test and maintain interfaces to external systems;

• Prepare, analyze and visualize data from ERP-related sources (e.g., SAP BW, SAP ERP) to identify and visualize trends, patterns, and insights for decision making;

• Develop and deliver dashboards that present E2E data visibility across whole SCM;

• Support digitalization projects for Supply Chain Management;

• Support and update on corporate communication pages;

• Creation of training materials and perform worldwide trainings, Provide visual, technical, and editorial guidance;

• Maintenance and monitoring – ensure the final products are working correctly over time, with continual improvements requested by users or caused by business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics (or a related);

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis and visualization;

• Fluent English language skills;

• Highly proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Power Query, scripting language M, PowerPoint);

• Experience with Power BI, or other data visualization platforms is necessary. The candidate should have a fundamental understanding of DAX. Knowledge of database & data warehousing tools a plus;

• Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Attention to detail: data cleaning, transforming, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency;

• Very good communication skills: ability to present findings and collaborate effectively with team;

• Willingness to stay updated on new technologies and methodologies and ability to adjust to changing data sources, tools, and business needs;

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
