As an SAP S/4 Hana Data Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and executing data migration projects in our company. Your role will involve analyzing data requirements, designing data migration strategies, executing migration activities, and ensuring the successful transfer of data from legacy systems to SAP S/4 Hana platform. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of migrated data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps
• Develop data migration strategies and plans, considering project scope, timelines, and client requirements
• Create and execute data mapping and transformation rules for data migration
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from source systems to target SAP platforms
• Conduct data reconciliation and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies
• Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth system transition for clients
• Document migration processes, methodologies, and best practices for future reference
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP data migration tools and technologies

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience as a Data Migration Consultant, working on data migration projects
• Understanding of SAP data models, data structures, and data governance principles
• Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data issues and provide effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience of work in project teams, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
• Fluent knowledge of English

Nice to have:

• Experience of work in financial or logistics related SAP modules
• Project management skills
