About the Team:

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

What you can look forward to as a Release & Solution Train Engineer 

• Check the progress of feature and process teams during PI
• Monitoring Progress of content work
• Coordinating cross project teams
• Ensure that scrum master can support the teams in the right way
• Care for escalations to program management etc.
• Facilitate synchronization meetings​ for Art Sync, Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning
• Summarize PI objectives​
• Planning “Which deliverables are in a PI”
• Facilitating Releases
• Coach management and teams in continuous improvements and agile practices
• Help manage risks and dependencies​
• Escalate and track impediments
• Support Demos

Your profile as a Release & Solution Train Engineer

• Master/ Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology/ Computer Science or Project Management
• Professional experience in Agile Project Management
• Experience in PLM-related development projects
• Good Knowledge of PLM processes and systems, especially Windchill PLM
• Good knowledge in Azure Dev Ops
• Good knowledge in English (written and spoken)
